Cilj

Studenti će se upoznati sa spefičnim književno-povijesnim razdobljem američke književnosti. U kolegiju će čitati i analizirati reprezentativne tekstove američkoga romantizma te će svoje spoznaje sintetizirati u usmenome i pisanome obliku.

Ishodi učenja

  1. Student će moći prepoznati i identificirati obilježja književnosti američkoga romantizma.
  2. Student će moći identificirati i analizirati ključna književna djela američkoga romantizma.
  3. Student će moći smjestiti i povezati književno-kulturološka obilježja navedenoga razdoblja u kotekstu kronologije američke književnosti i usporedno s europskim književnostima.
  4. Student će moći stečene spoznaje samostalno primijeniti, uobiličiti i komunicirati u usmenom i pismenom obliku.

Predavanje, seminarski tip rada, studentska participacija.

Metode ocjenjivanja

Kontinuirana evaluacija (dva kolokvija, seminarski rad).
